The ICMAB Administration is responsible for all of the administrative processes at the Institute, mainly general accounting, invoices and payments, and also the follow-up and the reporting of the different research projects. It is also responsible for the inventory, purchasing and public tenders.
From October 2019, the ICMAB General Manager is Joan Ricard Ibáñez. He had worked previously at the ICMAB administration for some years.
Anna Fernández, who was working at ICMAB for many years, left her position in the Invoices Area during 2020, and Sonia Roldán, who was working in the Human Resources Area, substituted her. Also, Antonio Miguel Socias left his position in Purchases and Joan Renau substituted him.
